    Matt started Broker Senior Living with seniors in mind and asking myself one question. What do they truly need? The answer is quite simple. They need an Advocate. They need someone to work for them, by providing honest information, reducing prices, and offering video-based information they can view from the comfort of their home, hospital or skilled nursing facility.

    Matt owned a Traditional Placement Agency for five years. They performed the conventional steps of a typical placement agency. These years were great, but times have changed. Seniors need more than a placement agency can offer. They need a Broker! They need someone who will provide state reviews, negotiate on their behalf and showcase communities without the hassle of leaving their home.

    Josie has over fifteen years of medical experience in the Central Valley. Working with numerous physician’s and a medical group, she recruited doctors, trained and managed staff and facilitated referrals.

    Josie has extensive experience in assisting seniors with their medical care documents. She spearheaded a Latino women’s conference, networked with area medical professionals and constantly utilizes her gifts to bless others.

    With Josie being bilingual, she is able to assist our Spanish speaking residents. Our clients have the flexibility to speak in English or Spanish, thanks to Josie.
